Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination but generally range from 2–7 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Warm Weather Notice
Our nut butters are natural and may soften or separate in transit during warmer months. This is completely normal—just give it a stir and enjoy!

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at support@drizzlenutbutters.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to make things right.
